Terms and conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use by Users (as defined below) of the facilities, services, and amenities provided by Ace Casino Calgary (collectively referred to as the "Casino").

2. DEFINITIONS

In this Agreement:

• "User" means any individual who uses or visits the Casino;
• "Services" means the various activities, entertainment options, food and beverage offerings, accommodations, and other goods or services provided by the Casino; and
• "Amenities" means all facilities, equipment, and supplies available for use at the Casino.

3. ACCEPTANCE

By entering the premises of the Casino, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. GAMBLING AND RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES

1. The User must be a minimum age as determined in accordance with all applicable provincial laws (the "Legal Age") and may only gamble or participate in any other activity at the Casino if they meet this requirement.
2. Users who are barred from entering the premises of the Casino, either temporarily or permanently, shall not attempt to enter such premises under false pretenses.

5. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES

• The User must acknowledge that gambling involves risks and potential for financial loss;
• The User will be permitted access to gaming equipment only if they sign a self-exclusion form acknowledging these risks.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASED CLAIMS

1. In no event shall the Casino or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents (collectively "Affiliates") be liable for any loss or damage that arises from participation in activities at the casino.
2. User hereby releases and indemnifies the Affiliates from all claims arising out of the User's use of the Services or Amenities.

7. SAFETY AND SECURITY

• The Casino is a secure environment, with measures in place to ensure the safety and security of Users;
• Any breaches of security, thefts, damage, or losses must be reported immediately to casino staff.

8. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

1. User shall comply at all times with any applicable federal, provincial or municipal laws and regulations in relation to use of the Casino's facilities;
2. All gaming activities are governed by Canada gaming regulations.

9. GAMBLING RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. User acknowledges that gambling at the Casino is subject to Canada rules and regulation.
2. The User must adhere to all applicable federal, provincial or municipal laws governing gaming activities in Canada.

10. USE OF AMENITIES

• Users are permitted access to Amenities during operating hours only;
• Any prohibited use of amenities shall be considered an act of trespassing.

11. ACCEPTANCE AND GOVERNING LAW

1. The Casino reserves the right, but not the obligation, to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
2. These Terms and Conditions are subject solely to the laws of Canada and any dispute arising from their use shall be brought before a court having jurisdiction in Canada.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between User and Casino, and supersede all prior understandings and agreements related to the use of the Services or Amenities.

By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Any waiver or amendment must be in writing.
• No modification to these Terms shall have any effect until such modifications are accepted in writing by both parties.
